A position has arisen for a Senior architectural technician with proven experience in practice, in particular working on projects through detailed design and construction phases. Residential experience is desirable but not essential, as is experience on listed buildings. It is important that you have a good understanding of construction techniques and building regulations. It would also be extremely beneficial to demonstrate previous work on large schemes with tight deadlines.
Ideal candidates should have a HNC/HND in Building Studies/Construction or similar relevant qualification, with proven practice experience. Vectorworks experience would also be extremely beneficial.
