Position Description:
To effectively control the administration systems and processes within the estates department.
Coordinate activities associated with opening new office locations
Coordinate the interaction between operations and contractors to specify the plan and design of office space
Negotiate lease terms in line with business needs
Managing building contractors to achieve a quality and timely delivery of projects
Coordinate the information needs and activities of other central departments who have a vested interest in the set-up on new office locations (Purchasing, IT, H&S)
Coordinate the activities associated with closing an office location
Work with Estates Coordinator to maximise the efficiency of available resources.
Maintain and develop internal and external relations.
To comply with all company processes and procedures.
Demonstrates a good understanding of all lease contracts and site locations held within the office
Carry out any additional duties as reasonably requested by line management

Qualifications
Demonstrable educational level, commensurate with the needs and scope of the role.
A project management qualification or a desire to would be highly desirable.
Experience
• Proven track record of delivering projects to tight deadlines and budgets
• Experience of the property industry or estates operations is highly desirable

• Proactive, self starter and highly organised
• Assertive approach whilst developing long term subcontractor relationships
• Organised and structured, remaining focused on priorities
• Attention to detail
