Linear Recruitment Ltd are now looking to employ a Senior Credit Controller/Credit Control Manager.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years credit control experience with a high level of computer literacy including Word, Excel and strong numerical skills. You will also preferably have knowledge of Sage Line 50.

Working in an accounts team of six, and closely with a credit control assistant you will be controlling a £2 million sales ledger.

Your daily duties will consist of:

•Processing and distributing invoices
•Credit notes and statements
•Setting up new accounts
•Checking, setting and monitoring credit limits.
•Monitoring payment terms and reviewing them if necessary
•Chasing overdue payments by phone and letter
•Resolving accounts queries and liaising closely with customers
•Taking account to legal stage and building a relationship with legal representatives
•Work closely with the Company Accountantant via regular updates and assisting in cash flow forecasts
•Liaise closely with the consultants within our organisation
