Position Description:
This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in one of Yorkshires leading construction PFI healthcare projects. The candidate will act as a key interface between the construction joint venture and the trust, ensuring that the design and construction proposals meet the Trusts requirements. Prior to financial close liaise with the Bid Director to ensure that Trust design and construction requirements are interpreted correctly and effectively incorporated within designs. From financial close monitor the detailed design developments ensuring that the production drawings reflect the Trusts requirements. Monitor the progress of the construction programme; identifying reasons for variance from the programme and, in conjunction with the project manager, ensuring action is taken to remedy any problems. |
