Position Description:

As part of our continued growth plan, we are currently recruiting for a new role of Head of Performance. The role will be based in Sheffield but required to travel.
This job involves developing performance frameworks in conjunction with service delivery areas to ensure we meet client and internal expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Establishment, maintenance and development of a Performance Management Framework.
• Management of manual/ electronic data collection systems to capture validated accurate and timely performance information.
• Management of a central Performance Management Team and co-ordination of performance arrangements within each operational business unit.
• Development and management of a reporting framework that includes a schedule of both internal and external report requirements.
• To identify, co-ordinate and deliver training and development needs on performance management.
• To lead on ICT innovation in support of continuous improvement of the Business Performance Management Framework.
We need a dynamic, proven leader with strong analytical skills to develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers who will challenge and continue to drive improvement standards across the business. An understanding of regulatory frameworks and social housing client obligations would be advantageous
Person Specification:
• Excellent interpersonal / communication skills – verbal, written, ICT
• A proven track record of performance management Industry/ Sector knowledge
• Proven management experience
• Knowledge of performance management standards
• Willingness to travel anywhere in the North of England: Driving licence essential.
