Position Description:
Freelance electrical design engineer needed for a long term project based in Leeds city centre.
The role would be in the public sector and also include project management responsibilities. Duties would include day to day management of the revenue schemes. Manage externally appointed consultants and professional staff. Manage contractors and carry out feasibility, design, costing and coordinate duties.
Key dimensions of the role would be to ensure all work complies with statutory requirements and codes of practice regarding building and engineering services. To manage and prioritize own workload, ensuring compliance with the capital procedures manual and other audit requirements. Control of multiple concurrent projects valued at between 10k and £1m.
This prestigious role is due to start immediately and interviews are available as soon as you are available.
