DescriptionThis highly reputable regional building contractor (part of a nationally recognised Construction Group) requires a Senior Planner for the Northern region head-office. Ideally with a degree and other associated qualifications, you will be heading the Planning processes for projects ranging from £2m to £20 million in value. Projects include leisure, retail, residential, private and also educational New-Builds throughout the Yorkshire region. You will be in constant close relation to the Planning Manager, design team, site staff and also have a very strong grasp of project programming. A strong communicative personality is also highly sought after. |
