Position Description:
Our client are currently looking for a Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project between Sheffield and Manchester. This is a challenging and stimulating position which is central to our client’s growth strategy where you will play a pivotal role in enabling their constantly improving service to customers. Your career progression will equally reflect your own ability and achievement as that of this dynamic team.

The position involves overseeing the successful completion of the whole scheme from inception through to completion. Candidates are required to have experience of running new build and/or design and build schemes up to around £4m in value, and ideally should be from a trades, engineering or degree background.
