Position Description:
You will be responsible for:
• Estimating and pricing of work
• Sub contractor procurement and accounts
• Cost control
• Taking off quantities from drawings
• Agreement of invoices
• Preparation of interim and final accounts

Skills & Experience:
• Broad range of quantity surveying and shopfitting experience
• Numerate and accurate
• Ability to work to strict timescales and deadlines within a pressurised environment
• Assertive but with the ability to build rapport
• Flexible working approach with the ability to stay away from home if required at short notice
• Team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
