Training and Support

As an ISO 9001:2008 accredited employer Linear Recruitment has quality at the centre of everything we do as a business. Our training to new and existing members of staff is second to none within the recruitment industry.

For new consultants Linear Recruitment has a structured 12 week induction programme which was designed by us for us! This ensures it is heavily focussed on developing new employees' recruitment skills but also engages people in the company ethos, giving them the skills and confidence to continue to develop our business across the UK.

As a proud member of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) we offer all our sales consultants the opportunity to study for their REC qualifications.

We are a great believer in continual development and through a structured appraisal system everyone is consistently evaluated and we offer further internal and external training courses to further develop all members of staff.

The training doesn't stop with the consultants and support teams, our management team embarks upon monthly training sessions with industry professionals and world renowned training specialists to ensure that everyone continues to evolve and that the business is driven forward in a positive manner.
