Job Description
Linear Industrial & Engineering Recruitment is now looking for a Sales Executive to join our highly successful business in Shirebrook.
THE JOB:
Working in the Industrial & Engineering recruitment sector, the Sales Executive will work in a small team, responsible for generating business from new and lapsed clients
Supported by a team with extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission from day one.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting new and lapsed clients
- Working to sales targets and KPI's
- Actively growing the customer database
- Scheduling meetings
- Attending Meetings along with a member of the team
- Diarising call-backs using a CRM
- Objection handling and negotiating sales
THE PERSON:
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Target driven
- Tenacious
- Money Minded
- Consultative approach - understanding and listening to customers' needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative sales approach
- Own transport is preferable to be able to visit customer premises for meeting
- Basic ability to use Microsoft Office
