Job Description

Linear Recruitment have a truly exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to work with an ambitious housing developer and join an experienced team of housebuilders.

As the ASM, you will assist the site team to develop 60-100 units per year using timber frame that will go onto private and open market. Schemes will be located within the Greater Manchester region and further sites will continue to be developed within the NW.

About you:

• Experience working with a leading housing developer is preferred
• SMSTS, First Aid cert. and black cscs card
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent H&S knowledge
