Linear Recruitment have an amazing opportunity for a Finishing Foreman to join a leading contractor developer in Sandbach.

The scheme will consist of 165 houses, consisting of a mix of two-bedroom apartments and two-, three- and four-bedroom houses for private sale, shared ownership, and affordable rent.

My client is a medium sized contractor who works in partnership with a cross section of Registered Providers across the region to deliver modern, affordable housing for thousands of people.

As a family run company, they are wanting to recruit a hands-on Finishing Foreman to be responsible for the following:

• Managing the work carried out by the trades team on the site and ensure that it has been completed to spec and adhere to safety regulations
• You will lead on health and safety, quality assurance, project timelines and supporting the site manager to bring the project in on time and budget.

Requirements:
• Smsts, first aid and cscs card
