Job Description

£250 per day (temp-perm)

Linear Recruitment have a great opportunity for a skilled and organised Site Manager to oversee an 80-unit, New Build Care Home Project in Shropshire.

Client Information:
My client has 25 years’ in-house experience who specialise in luxury, purpose-build care homes. They are a contractor, and all their work is negotiated not tendered.

About you:
We are seeking a Site Manager with excellent character who can meet the following:

Must be conscientious: someone honest and hardworking
Must be organised: with excellent H&S standards
Have proven experience as the No. 1 Site Manager
Preferably with experience working on Care Homes or similar structures i.e., apartments, residential builds, and other related projects.


Requirements:
SMSTS, Black CSCS card and First Aid certificate
