Linear prides itself on our compliance process and operates to the highest of standards possible. Over the past two decades we have passed numerous external audits and have a 100% pass rate. We hold all necessary compliance to operate in every one of the industries we serve and we never place a candidate until we are satisfied they can fulfil the duties of their role safely, ethically and legally.

We support our clients and candidates every step of the way, from Health and Safety to identification and eligibility to work so ensuring our clients and candidates have total peace of mind.

To support our thorough compliance process we operate a Quality Management System which is audited every year against the BS EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. We're also licensed by the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority, aimed at preventing, detecting, and tackling labour exploitation across the UK.

In June 2025 Linear showcased its commitment to developing its people by joining The 5% Club, an industry led initiative focussed on driving momentum into the recruitment of apprentices, graduates, T-Level students and sponsored students. The 5% Club is a movement of more than 1,000 employers providing ‘earn and learn’ opportunities to develop the skills and talents people need to become more employable and create meaningful careers. Companies joining The 5% Club commit to raising the number of apprentices, sponsored students and graduates on formal programmes to 5% of their total workforce within five years.
