Linear Recruitment have an amazing opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a growing NW team working on New Build and Refurbishment Care Home Projects. Working with a client who specialises in Luxury Care Homes; these schemes will consist of approx. 80 units which are situated in Wigan, Greater Manchester and Wirral.

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor who will working with the supervision of the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
