Job Description

Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful Regional Contractor who are keen to expand their Senior Management Team

As such they are now looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to operate across the North East.

Role
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager and MD, you will be the Contracts Manager for the Roofing Division, responsible for multiple developments at any one time.

Developments will be on behalf of various Housing Associations and experience of working on pitched roofing schemes would be highly preferable.

You will have responsibility for managing a team of Site Managers.

Requirements

You will have proven experience of delivering quality developments within time and budget and experience or desire to become a successful Contracts Manager.

You will hold the following qualifications:

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
• A HNC/HND or degree in Construction Management or similar
• Driving Licence
