Linear Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Groundworks Quantity Surveyor to join a leading developer contractor in the NW to work on a scheme in Crewe.

This is one of my clients’ biggest sites to date as they are on track to deliver 449 units.

The development will provide a mixture of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom houses.

My client is a medium sized contractor who works in partnership with a cross section of Registered Providers across the region to deliver modern, affordable housing for thousands of people.

As a family run company, they are wanting to recruit a hard-working, conscientious, and competent individual who has the following experience below:

• Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor working on similar projects and groundworks
• Strong management skills with an eye for detail with the ability to meet bid deadlines
• A degree or equivalent will be an advantage however not required
• Adequate experience working with a project throughout all phases of pre-contract to delivery
