Job Description

Linear Recruitment are working alongside a leading construction company who is after an experienced Project quantity Surveyor.
For this position, you will be working for a SME regional contractor covering several projects valued from £500,000 to £3 million. All projects will be residential Housing/ Hi rise residential,

• You’ll already be qualified and experienced in this field.
• Have a background in managing budgets and delivering similar services to a high standard.
• Have demonstrable Quantity Surveying experience within a relevant sector in the construction industry.
• Just as important are strong communication, sales and negotiation skills, an analytical approach, and an ability to set realistic objectives and solve key problems.
