Job Description

My client is a leading national contractor who specialises in social housing schemes and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their growing West Yorkshire team.
They are wanting to recruit a hard-working, conscientious, and competent individual to work on New Build Housing site in Leeds. This is a technically challenging site as it is within an existing housing site.

My client is passionate about developing talent, investing support and encouraging people to reach their career goals, and this is a great opportunity to join a highly successful business.

The successful applicant will have the relevant experience and qualifications described below:

• Main Contracting experience, with a good eye for detail and strong commercial acumen
• A degree or equivalent will be an advantage however not required
• Adequate experience working with a project throughout all phases of pre-contract to delivery

You will also need exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to work strongly in a team with the capability to lead by example as well as having commercial awareness.
