Set up originally in 2002 as Javelin Recruitment, our main focus was working with clients in heavy industry and manufacturing, food supply and distribution. We then diversified into warehousing and expanded from the Sheffield area to encompass the whole of Yorkshire and the Midlands. Javelin Recruitment then became part of the main Linear Recruitment brand, and we have gone from strength to strength ever since.
Now named Linear Industrial & Engineering, over the last couple of years we have also built our reputation in the On-Site recruitment market and strengthened our team and we really are the partner making recruitment better. As Linear's industrial recruitment arm, we supply market-leading people, processes and resources, allowing us to build strategic working partnerships with our clients.
