Job Description
Due to an increase in business, we now have an opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist construction team in Manchester.
This is a full time permanent position based in our offices in Stretford.

The role will involve finding and speaking with candidates on a daily basis - using our internal CRM system, internet based job boards and general networking, and then assessing their suitability for a role.
You will also be liaising with our clients, ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained at all times and be looking to identify other sales opportunities within their business.
There is also a requirement to meet clients on a face-to-face basis, either on a construction site or office location - therefore a driving license is essential.
The role is Monday to Thursday 8am - 5.30pm and Friday 8am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch each day.
We offer flexible hybrid working with a mixture of office, working from home, and visiting clients each week.

This role would suit someone in a junior level recruitment role, or someone with a background in sales and customer service. Alternatively graduates with some demonstrable work experience would also be accepted.
