Lee Wise

Lee joined Linear's Newcastle office in 2025 and works on white collar permanent roles across the North East. He has over 18 years experience in recruitment across IT, Oil & Gas and Construction, with the last 15 years as Divisional Manager, Business Director and Managing Director.

Lee is originally from Reading but moved to Newcastle two years ago to be closer to the beach and live in a vibrant city with character. Outside of work Lee is very much into boxing and goes to the gym every day. His typical weekend consists of chasing sunrises at the beach in Tynemouth and standing under waterfalls whenever he gets the opportunity (his little addiction!) He also likes to get up at 4.30am every morning to walk an hour before work then jump in his car to drive the 3 minutes it takes to get to the office!
