Employee Ownership Trust Board member gives Insight into his new role

As Linear Recruitment became employee-owned, the new Trust has appointed Linear's Operations Director Geoff Taylor as one of the members of the board. Here Geoff discusses what his new role will involve, and how it will benefit the business as a whole, along with employees, candidates and clients.
