Elliot Birtwistle

Elliot heads up the Architecture sector. Prior to joining Linear, Elliot worked in the North West, beginning his recruitment career in Estage Agency recruitment before moving into a 360 role, then white-collar construction recruitment, working with main contractors, housebuilders and fit-out contractors. Elliot then moved into Architecture recruitment and has never looked back.  

He joined Linear Recruitment in January 2022 to set up our Architecture division, having relocated from Manchester to settle in the North East with his young family, and we've seen our Architecture Division go from strength to strength. 

Elliot's ambitions for the sector are high, with the goal to cover all aspects of Architecture & Design on a national basis. Career moves and hiring staff are both hugely important decisions and Elliot and the team are hugely focused on this, aiming to achieve positive long term outcomes for both their candidates and clients.

In his spare time, Elliot enjoys spending time with his family, keeping healthy and regularly partakes in charity events linked with TOFS and the National Deaf Children’s Society. Elliot studied Sport and Exercise science at university, graduating in 2016, and certainly wonders where all that knowledge disappeared to..!
